By accessing or using Nexora Suite ("the Service"), operated by Nexora AI ("we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Switzerland, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nexora Suite is a lead management and team organization platform that provides tools for tracking leads, managing appointments, organizing teams, and sending email communications. The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Stripe, and email providers.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription plan. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nexora AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Nexora AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
